Practical sessions that move people forward

I design and deliver workshops for organisations of all kinds - from whole staff teams to senior leadership groups and founder communities. They’re focused, purposeful sessions that are tailored to suit the group. 

The sessions I run usually centre on the things that hold people back or slow them down: getting clear on goals,  building the kind of mindset that sustains performance, and looking after their wellbeing in a way that’s realistic rather than aspirational.

Topics include goal-setting, mindset, resilience, and wellbeing. Each session is built around your brief.

I’ve worked with whole staff teams, founders and senior leaders, corporate teams, teachers, and co-working spaces. 

I’m based in Manchester and work in-person and online.  Sessions run from a lunchtime or breakfast slot through to two or three hours, and can be tailored for small groups or larger team events - the format is flexible to suit what works for your organisation.


Background & qualifications

I’m a qualified coach and a certified wellbeing coach, with over ten years of practice working with individuals and groups. Before moving into coaching, I spent 10 years in the private sector across events and public relations, which means I bring commercial experience into the room alongside the coaching expertise.
